This is the amount of snow we have accumulated prior to the last week of additional snow. We have had temperatures around -24 C to +5 C. As you all know quick changes in temperature means more pain. It triggers FMS pain and it triggers migraines. I really loathe winter. Not only the additional pain from the storms but also the extreme cold which aggravates my asthma and really increases the pain of an existing migraine. Just walking outside with the wind screaming and the temperatures at that -25 mark makes it feel like someone is repeatedly stabbing me in the brain while at the same time squeezing it in a vice.
