I am currently following ithis advice to the letter, bingeing on watching sweaty men in lycra at various cycling races on that black box in the corner, listening to audiobooks in bed, consuming copious amounts of (raw) chocolate. Not a bad life. Pity about the pain, but it is a more faithful companion than that flirty flaky fairweather friend, painfree. 😊😉💪🏻

I was bingeing on a Netflix show last night. Too much pain to do much else. But I did catch up on a show I wanted to watch, so there is that.

I am finally getting through audiobooks I’ve had from the library since June! And I get to gaze at the stars – I always like the curtains open at night when I can’t sleep.
