I am not saying exercise is torture, but it resembles it in ways that are remarkably close. Especially with chronic pain and illness. I know there are benefits, but you just can’t see them. And for pain? Don’t see that one at all in my case. So… the manual. And remember, motion is the lotion.

To start the Manual we have to acknowledge having pain is dangerous. It should only be done in the safety of your own home and never done frequently. Quite frankly we recommend not havinChronic pain manual exercise
