It is almost Christmas and so slow blogging day as everything amps up for the holidays.
And I do hope the holidays are full of love and joy and family and friends for all of you.
Or like some good take out food and your favourite movies.
However you celebrate. Whoever you celebrate with. I hope it is all great.
Anyway, we all know the holidays do Not mean illness takes a break. If anything the stress and rush and hustle can actually flare things up. Which is why I always recommend a lot of pacing, being mellow and making some serious compromises (Avoiding stress during the holiday season).
Anyway, it is normal that things may flare up during the holidays. In addition, to the usual everyday-ness of chronic illness.
So for today’s post here is my 12 days of Christmas chronic illness style.
